Eat and Sleep
Paris' only accommodation is not a bad one. The Amrit Baris Resthouse is affordable and friendly, and good value. They prepare food, just as boring as what you will find in Kharga. If the food at Amrit is not basic enough for you, there are some shops in the centre of Paris selling fuul and felafel.

Transportation
Upon last investigation, there was one bus a day running between Paris and Kharga. Hitch-hiking or renting a taxi are the only other options.
