At 1100 metres, the Col du Kerdous offers nothing less than a fortress turned hotel. Views are stunning here, air is fresh. The place is also very popular for paragliding, although things must be arranged from Tafraoute. The hotel may at times have an empty feeling to it. This can work both ways, being up here, the solitude and silence will be perfect for many.
