M'diq does not offer much of great historical sites, but the quarters near the church in the town centre, and the Muslim tomb (zaqiyya) are most picturesque sites. The church is normally closed, but entering the area is easy. The zawiyya is located near the rocks where the hobby fishermen stand with their oversized fishing rods.
