BASICS:
Getting there: Marrakech

Marrakech is a likely port to Morocco only for tourists travelling with certain chartered trips, i.e. arriving by air. And there are not other means of coming to Marrakech as the first city on your visit to Morocco. At present no international flights seem to run on Marrakech, except chartered.
Low numbers of people arriving at this airport, and a majority of these being Moroccans, make this airport free of hustlers. But the fascilities are limited as well, and changing money can be a problem, f.x. if you arrive at the lunch break.
It would be madness arriving here, without going the 5 km north to Marrakech, but there are many chances for a memorable stay here in the valleys of the High Atlas.
