December 1998 in Lemseyed near Laayoune: This was my first journey with a digital camera and a laptop for saving the images. Due to the technology of those days, every 1- 2 hours I had to stop my walking and photographing and sit down and transfer photos from the camera to the laptop.
It is no coincidence that Adventures of Morocco so far is the largest web site on a single country published by LexicOrient. I have visited this country over and over again, and I never get enough. Morocco has a delightful mixture of traditions and modernity, the people are open and friendly and (as long as you avoid the most typical tourist destinations:) very honest. This web site will never be finished, and new additions come all the time. If you would like to send me a message, I promise to read it, and will try to answer, too. ABOUT ME
I'm 37 years old, and live in the centre of Oslo, the capital of Norway. I have an honors degree (somewhat longer study than a Master) in Science of Religion from the University of Bergen, with Arabic and History as supporting subjects. I specialized in modern Islam for my honors. I have also studied architecture for 2,5 years.
