AÏN DRAHAM:
In the African "Alps"
It's important to see Ain Draham when you start getting the feeling that North Africa is all dry. Ain Draham is a city constructed to be a resort for the French colonialists, but the surroundings are true to Tunisia. Here, almost 1000 metres above sea level, green fields are natural, and forests more than just some dark green trees growing out of sand.



All this means that Ain Draham is the place to visit when you have come to know Tunisia well. That is because you can't do very much from enjoying the scenery, walking around in the nature or even go hunting. If you visit Ain Draham in the winter time, do not leave your camera unused.
